Description
This is the disc I use to create the Catherine wheels. One disc needs 2 metres of 40mm ribbon and has more wow factor if two contrasting ribbons are used. (see the Ribbons page). You will also need the short sequin/bead pins (Accessories-Pins & Needles) and two ribbon trims to put in the middle of each side. (see Accessories-Ribbon trims). A small piece of 3mm wide ribbon is used to create the loop.
