These short pins are used on polystyrene. Prym have discontinued the gold coloured pins but I have managed to find another supplier. The boxes contain more pins – 35g instead of 25g but cost more. If you are making fir cones or Catherine wheels then use the cheaper silver pins. These gold ones are good for attaching gold beaded trim to baubles..
